“I started in the industry as a Service Advisor at a CBA location in Dallas, TX, then shortly after moved into an operations role at the CBA Home Office in Houston. During my time at the Home Office, I consistently had the desire to get back into the shop environment, which led me to running my own CBA shop in Barrington, IL.”
